Position Overview
As a vital member of our marketing team, the Social Media Manager will play a critical role in shaping and executing our social media strategy. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to enhance our brand presence and customer engagement.
- Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) across various social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Monitor social media channels for trends, industry news, and conversations relevant to our business, responding in real-time.
- Analyze performance metrics from social media campaigns using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights; present findings and recommendations for optimization.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including PR, content, and product marketing, to ensure messaging consistency and maximize reach.
- Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budgeting, targeting, and performance tracking, to ensure high return on investment.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key influencers and brand advocates to drive engagement and collaboration.
- Stay updated on best practices, emerging trends, and developments in social media and digital marketing to keep InnovateTech at the forefront of the industry.
- Conduct regular audits of social media presence and content, implementing improvements based on audience feedback.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in social media management with a track record of implementing successful strategies.
- Strong understanding of the social media landscape, including emerging platforms and trends.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to create engaging content that resonates with audiences.
- Proficient in social media management and analytics tools, such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or Buffer.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and a keen eye for design.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in paid social media advertising is a plus.
